We ship our stoneware worldwide using plastic-free, break-proof packaging. You'll receive tracking information once your order departs our Portland studio.

We accept returns of unused items within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us to initiate a return or exchange.

Our Portland studio is a working pottery. While we don't offer public visits at this time, you can follow our making process on social media.

All Clay Heart stoneware is dishwasher and microwave safe. Avoid sudden temperature changes to ensure longevity and preserve the vibrant glazes.
